  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
